within 25mile radius or Microtel Inn & Suites, Best Western, Hampton Inn...shuttle maybe available!

BBQ competition is as follows: 3 divisions of cooking will be judged on Pork BBQ, Chicken, Pork Ribs. You can enter for $50 per entry or $100 for all 3 events with 2 passes. 3-man team $135.
USDA approved meat only!
All meat must be in original package for inspection.
3 Judges = means 3 portions in your turn in box. judged on appearance, tase and texture.
May 16th Turn in times are as follows:
Chicken 1:30pm
Ribs 2pm
Boston Butt 2:30pm
Gas & Electric (you provide yourself), wood, pellets, & charcoal is accepted this year. Mandatory meeting to go over rules. TBA! All BBQ contestants will comply with KCBS format. Undercooked meat & late turn in will result in disqualification.
The judging will be held on Saturday @3pm. Trophies and cash prizes will be awarded. Cooking may begin at midnight on Friday 15th
Vendor slots will be 10x10 $150/slot plus 1 extra pass=2 ($185 value) Vendors may start setting up Thursday 4-6:30pm and Friday @10am! Food Vendors slots are $250 (Max 3 people) Additional passes can be purchased at a discount for Vending purposes only. Vendors-- all laws and regulations must be met. Slots must be paid in advance. Radio) on board. Shannon will be emcee for the event and broadcasting live…Also tune in and he’ll be giving away some free tickets.
